OFFERINGS
FALL
Cross Country – For all athletes planning on Training and Racing Cross Country (Distance Running)
  – Begins on Tuesday, September 7th at 5:30pm. Oak Ridge Park in Clark.
  – September to November
  – Cost: $200  Register

Sprints Fall Training –  For Sprinters looking to build a foundation for Indoor Track & Field
  – Begins on Wednesday, October 13th at 5:30pm. Oak Ridge Park in Clark.
  – Mid-October to Mid-November
  – Cost: $50  Register

WINTER
Indoor Track & Field – For athletes who plan on racing Indoor
  – Begins in mid-November (Exact Start Date: TBA)
  – November to February/March
  – Cost: $200  Register

SPRING / SUMMER
Outdoor Track & Field – For athletes who plan on racing Outdoor
  – Begins in Late March / Early April (Exact Start Date: TBA)
  – Late March / Early April to June/July
  – Cost: $200  Register
